Blackberry desktop manager for Mac apps and user guide

Today, RIM plans to make good on claims, free public release of the BlackBerry Desktop Manager v1.0.0 (build 89) at 1 pm EST. BlackBerry-maker was kind enough to send me an official building a few days ago, and I put it through a step since then.
