INTRODUCTION: Congratulations on your purchase of Fuelpak
Fuel Management Systems Fuel Injection Kawasaki Vulcan 900
motorcycles. Please take the time to read the entire instruction manual
before trying to install. DO NOT adjust Fuelpak until you have
actually read the instruction manual and the unit fully installed. If
You have any questions, please call (562) 921-0071.
SUMMARY: To achieve optimal performance from your
applications, it is recommended that you install a high performance
air filters in conjunction with this unit. It is installed Fuelpak
in-line cable factory injector harness and throttle position sensor. The
Fuelpak be tucked behind the battery.
1. Remove the seat. After a factory service manual remove fuel
tank.
2. Remove the two bolts securing the battery cover and remove the battery
cover. (Fig. 1)
3. Remove the cover right side.
4. Fuelpak Route wire from the battery area, under the frame of
throttle body. (Fig. 2)
